Italian Virginal

There is nothing like an Italian Virginal! A small harpsichord with the string running parallel to the keyboard, it's rich round voice booms right at the player and into the room. There is nothing better for Renaissance and early baroque music. I can't live without one. I like to leave mine in quarter comma tuning and play out of the Fitzwilliam Virginal book on it. It's clarity makes it well suited for later music. If you have space limitations and want a harpsichord, this or the Delin spinet are for you.
